Holds of StarRise Territory

This is a list of all the StarRise territory personas, sorted by location. Locations are listed by Island, generally running from north to south along the Eastern Ring Island chain. Holds on each Island are listed alphabetically. Major Holds are in ALL CAPS. Locations of the various Islands are in (parenthesis) next to the Island name. These descriptions correspond to the maps inside the earlier Dragonriders of Pern books. We are hoping to complete a map soon, so we can all see just where those Holds are. (Note: volunteers are welcome.)

You'll notice some Holds don't have any personas listed. There are people there, we just don't know who they are yet. If a Hold does not have a Holder listed, that means that the Hold is up for grabs. If you've always wanted a Hold of your very own, write the Weyr now and let us know you want it. In most cases, there's no history or information about the Hold, so be prepared to create your own.
